Specifications include, but are not limited to:Projects of Limited Scope including the following categories: architectural, landscaping, acoustical, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil and geotechnical engineering professional services; and will also include programming services, material testing services, energy management interior design, graphic design, signage design, fire alarm and sprinkler/suppression systems design, and AV/IT services in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this RFQ. Projects of limited scope shall include but are not limited to remodeling, renovation, and new construction projects. Typical projects may include but are not limited to office or classroom renovations, laboratory renovations, ADA/TAS compliance, building expansion, renovation, or finish out, campus site improvements, sidewalks, retaining walls, parking lots, electrical, mechanical, water wells, lake maintenance, irrigation modifications, sports fields, new buildings for a utility plant, infrastructure and other miscellaneous projects.
