In General: The Contractor agrees to provide specific construction services on a per-project basis as requested by the ODR in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The Contractor shall furnish all of the materials, equipment and personnel necessary to manage and accomplish the job and perform all of the work shown on the drawings and described in the specifications and/or other appropriate materials associated with any Proposal Request. The Contractor shall do everything required by this Agreement, the Uniform General and Supplementary Conditions, and any Additional General or Special Conditions of the Contract, the Addenda, the Specifications and Drawings for each Project and any other requirements incorporated into this agreement or a specific Project by reference. Uniform General and Supplementary Conditions (UGSC) and Special Conditions are subject to be updated within the contract term. 3.2 Project Scope: The specific scope of work for each job order project may or may not be determined in advance and in writing between the ODR and the Contractor.
