1. Seating • Removal: Remove and dispose of all existing auditorium seating. • Restoration: Patch all damage and existing screw holes from seating. • Refinishing: Sand and refinish all wooden seating sections to their original surface. Stain or paint wooden areas color black. • Coordinate with Sound Vibrations to R&R any audio/stage lighting equipment. 2. Aisle Lighting • Installation: Install dimmable, low-profile lighting on all four aisles to enhance visibility and safety. Dimmer switch to be located on back wall near control booth. 3. Carpet • Removal: Remove all existing carpeted areas. • Replacement: Install new, high-quality fiber carpet. • Specifications: Color will be black with shades of gray. Final color and style to be selected by staff. 4. Ceiling Lighting • Replacement: Remove all existing lighting fixtures. • Upgrade: Install new LED lighting throughout the ceiling to improve energy efficiency and lighting quality. Select new fixtures with a higher lumen and kelvin output than the existing ones. 5. Ceiling • Tile Work: Replace any broken or damaged ceiling tiles. • Grid Work: Level out/repair sagging tile grid where applicable. • Preparation: Sand where needed and prepare all ceiling surfaces, including grid. • Painting: Paint the entire ceiling (including grid) with acoustic black/industrial paint. • Remove old speakers located close to the high ceiling. Paint speakers on low ceiling black.
