Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1 Draft an overall marketing plan for the twelve (12) month term of this contract, including recommended efforts and estimated costs, to target corporate travel buyers, travel agents, and tour operators in Mexico for the purpose of increasing international passengers to and through DFW Airport. The plan should consider the following elements: 2.2 Represent DFW at relevant travel-related trade shows in Mexico. 2.2.1 Coordination of exhibiting logistics, event hosting and providing assistance during the trade show (i.e. ARLAG, FITA, GBTA) 2.2.2 Graphic design services, if needed Coordination of meetings Details of trade show activities to be reflected in monthly activity report. 2.2.3 Creating database of contacts for future communication 2.2.4 Staffing of stand 2.2.5 Estimated Frequency: Minimum two per year 2.3 Sales Calls/Meetings to Leading Travel Agents/Wholesalers/Buyers 2.3.1 Coordination of one-to-one meetings with leading travel agents/buyers to inform them about the advantages of DFW Airport. 2.3.2 Details of topics discussed and agent feedback to be reflected in monthly activity report. 2.3.3 ESTIMATED FREQUENCY: Average of 8 meetings/calls per month per city 2.3.4 Implementation: Monthly from commencement of contract.
