This Agreement is for the provision of specified construction contracting services, to be performed on a non-exclusive, indefinite quantity basis, as requested by SSC SERVICES FOR EDUCATION, herein referred to as Owner’s Designated Representative (ODR), in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Contractor represents that he has the knowledge, ability, skills and resources to provide such services in accordance with the terms and requirements of this Agreement. The work to be completed under this contract is intended for self-performance of a variety of individual maintenance, repair, new construction and renovation project work by the Contractor. Minor subcontracting of miscellaneous portions of the work are allowed. Self-performed work shall only be trades originally contracted.
