The United Independent School District is requesting bids for Mentor Teacher Development Services. These services are to assist first-year teachers by assigning them a mentor teacher. Training(s) may be interactive or virtual. The intended audience is experienced teachers who will be assigned to mentor a new teacher at their campus. Mentors are experienced teachers assigned to provide support and guidance to first-year teachers. Newly appointed campus administrators who have been assigned to oversee the mentoring program at their campus will also be included in the training. The intended result of this support system is to increase teacher retention and the development of effective teachers. Any additional materials, required equipment, and fees should be incorporated within the price submitted for this bid. The specifications are listed below. All vendors must comply with the specifications noted in order to be considered. The District has the right to disqualify any vendor not meeting the specifications. Please provide any exceptions to this proposal on your company letterhead.
