EPISD has decided to conduct this RFP to expand mental health services available to its employees. The following deliverables, among others, are expected as part of this initiative: 1. Program Administration Establish and maintain a confidential EAP program for all eligible participants Designate an account manager to serve as a point of contact Provide customer service and administrative support Supply promotional materials (digital and hard copy) to encourage program utilization Deliver utilization reports detailing service category, participation trends , and outcomes ensuring information is compliant with confidentiality requirements. Collaborate with EPISD Human Resources leadership team to evaluate program effectiveness. 2. Counseling Services Provide confidential short-term counseling services to employees. Offer multiple modes of access, including in-person sessions, and virtual counseling platforms Case management Provide referrals to long-term or specialized care, when clinically appropriate 3.
