The attached bid sheet includes a list of the Class type trucks used by NTTA. This list is not inclusive of all vehicles ever purchased within these categories but is representative of the current needs of the Authority. Vendor must supply a contact for addressing estimates, repairs, warranty and workmanship. The successful vendor must provide free written estimates of all work to be performed. Vendor must be within a fifty (50) mile radius of our main office at 5900 West Plano Parkway Plano, TX, 75093. All repair work will require a diagnostic estimate be approved by an NTTA Fleet Supervisor or designee prior to work being performed. Repair estimates shall include a timeframe in which the work will be completed. Vendor will be held to the expectation that work will be completed and delivered based on time given on estimate. After authorization has been given to proceed, any additional work will require a revised estimate from the vendor. Any work performed outside of the scope of what is authorized, shall not be billed to the NTTA, and may not be reimbursed. NTTA unit number and mileage reading must be on all estimates and invoices. Completed invoices must also reflect the Purchase Order number.
