PURPOSE In order to be in compliance with federal, state and local purchasing laws, the Birdville Independent School District (BISD) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for Fine Arts Contracted Services. These services are to be provided by personnel who are not on the payroll of the district. Services delivered are by an independent contractor or a contracting firm that offers these services to the public. Such services are paid on a fee basis for specialized services that are usually considered to be temporary or short term in nature, normally in an area that supplements the expertise in the school district. The cost-price analysis for this contract is $183,000.00 based on 2021-22 expenditures (combine total of 027-23, 027-23A and 027-23B)
