Pearland Economic Development Corporation (PEDC) is accepting Competitive Sealed Bids for the power washing and painting of McHard Bridge that spans the BNSF rail line between Mykawa Road and SH35/Main Street in Pearland, TX. The Project entails pressure washing and repainting the McHard Road bridge that spans over BNSF railroad between Mykawa and SH35. The structures we propose for power washing are: the east and west bridge walkways, bridge inner and outer walls, all guard rail steel at the base of the bridge and the median jersey barrier that separates the lanes. The structures we propose to repaint are: bridge inner and outer walls and the full median jersey barrier. There is an alternate for also sealing the clean, painted surfaces.
