Cleveland Independent School District (the “District” and or “CISD”) desires to receive competitive sealed proposals from qualified suppliers (the “Vendor”) for Master Scheduling/Staff Planning Software and Related Items as set forth in this proposal invitation. This software will be used at the elementary, middle and high school level. The software should be able to address but not limited to the following: 1. Automate Schedule Generation – The software should be able to generate a conflictfree master schedules by analyzing student requests, teacher qualifications, available rooms, and other constraints using advanced algorithms. 2. Staff Planning & Management – The software should be able to perform assignment balancing to ensure fair distribution of workloads and assignments amount for teachers. In addition, it should be able to perform staff availability by being able to account for teacher certifications, specialization training, and required preparation time. 3. Software Integration – The software will need to integrate and be compatible with Frontline (ERP System), eSchoolPlus [Student Information System (SIS)], and be able to Single Sign-On (SSO) with Google. This integration will reduce manual data entry and errors. 4. Student & Course Request Management – The software should be able to identify and resolves conflicts in student course requests to ensure they get their desired classes. In addition, it should be able to perform student load balance; thereby, balancing student numbers across classes and teachers. 5. Resource Optimization – The software should be able to maximize the efficient use of classrooms and other facilities. In addition, it should be able to optimize the placement of course sections to meet student demand while minimizing conflicts...
