The Curriculum, Certification, and Evaluation (CCE) program at TEEX/ESTI seeks an approved vendor that can provide quality translation services as needed for ESTI training and marketing materials. The vendor must be able to provide translation services for participant manuals, instructor guides, PowerPoint slides, graphics, multimedia (including voiceover and captioning), and testing material. The vendor must be able to provide quality translation in an electronic format that can be reproduced in a readable printed format and must be able to provide basic desktop publishing services following an existing style guide. Electronic formats that the vendor must be able to use include at minimum: Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office products.
