Master Order to provide Materials and Labor to Repair Cummins ISL Engines for Gillig Cummins Bus Engines located at the Transportation Center, on the Texas A&M University. Upon award of this agreement, orders for materials and labor to repair Cummins bus engines will be placed on an “as needed” basis by the TAMU designee. All parts and service support must be on-site within 24 hours from notification of the service call, unless otherwise agreed upon by Transportation Services. Each shipment of materials shall be supplied with the below items under the resulting purchase order The principal period of service shall be 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding University Holidays. Texas A&M reserves the right to order elsewhere if items are not available for shipment. Vendor shall provide an estimated quote that itemized necessary repairs that must be approved by both parties. If additional parts and/or labor hours are required, approval must be provided by Texas A&M Transportation Services prior to services being rendered.
