Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor shall maintain current licensing as established by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors. 2. Invoice shall be submitted to the Department within ten (10) days after the end of the preceding month, but no later than thirty (30) days after the end of the preceding month. 3. Contractor will travel to all department facilities by automobile or air travel with approval from Division Director or designee. A minimum of three site visits/audits will be required each month. 4. Contractor shall complete documentation of audit findings. 5. Contractor will provide assistance to the TDCJ-HSD staff in the area of Mental Health Services. 6. Contractor will provide assistance to the Health Services Liaison in the screening of inmates for entry into and transfer within the Agency. 7. Contractor will assist the Director III of the TDCJ HSD-OMHM&L with public health issues, outside agency coordination and public liaison activities.
