Pool vendors are not guaranteed any minimum orders or quantities. Orders will be placed on an as needed basis by the requesting Texas A&M entity. Upon request, services shall be provided at requested dates/times throughout the term of the agreement. Events may be held during regular business hours and/or weekends and evenings. Exact dates, times, and details shall be coordinated between vendor and the ordering department. The following is a sample listing of various events hosted on the Texas A&M campus that may be requested throughout the term of the Agreement. Note that this listing is non exhaustive and other types of events may be requested: Plated meal with formal china, crystal, silver flatware, and formal serving staff. Buffet style meal with either informal with mock china or disposable dinnerware and serving staff. Casual lunches and breakfasts; boxed lunches, etc. Provision of Services
