GCISD seeks to establish a business relationship with qualified vendors to provide comprehensive marketing services. The selected firm(s) will assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies that elevate iUniversity Prep's visibility, strengthen its brand identity, and support enrollment growth and retention. The successful vendor(s) must demonstrate past success in similar marketing campaigns for education or nonprofit organizations using multi-channel strategies. 1. iUniversity Prep's marketing goals focus on positioning the school as the premier virtual public school in Texas and a top-ranked program nationally. The primary emphasis shall be on building statewide brand awareness of iUP as a flexible, rigorous, and accredited option for students in grades 5-12, while also fostering strong connections within the existing iUP community. A successful campaign will: Promote iUniversity Prep's unique advantages as an online education choice, particularly for students who require flexibility due to athletics, performing arts, health needs, or personal circumstances. Showcase iUP's academic excellence, exemplary certified teachers, TEA accreditation, and long-standing history since its founding in 2013. Enhance retention efforts by highlighting the supportive, virtual culture that helps students thrive. Share student, family, and alumni success stories that differentiate iUP from other education options. These efforts should attract new students who value the quality and flexibility of an iUP education, while reinforcing the satisfaction and loyalty of currently enrolled families. 2. Campaign objectives: The marketing campaign should target audiences across the state of Texas, with specific emphasis on regions where iUniversity Prep seeks to expand enrollment. Campaign efforts should focus on families who would benefit from a high-quality, flexible online learning environment, including but not limited to: Student-athletes, performers, and artists with demanding schedules. Families seeking alternatives to traditional in-person schooling due to academic, social, or health needs. Homeschool families looking for a rigorous, accredited public school option. Parents and students prioritizing academic excellence, personalized learning, and strong teacher-student relationships.
