1.4.2 Scope of Services The marketing consultant will collaborate closely with THC leadership and the Commission to achieve the following objectives: Branding and Re-Messaging • Evaluate the current THC brand and messaging strategies. • Provide expert guidance on rebranding and re-messaging initiatives. • Develop and implement a cohesive branding strategy that aligns with THC’s goals. Maximizing Agency Reach • Identify target audiences and develop strategies to effectively reach them. • Recommend and implement tactics to increase THC’s visibility and engagement. • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and outreach efforts. Communications and Marketing Services • Write and develop key messages and materials for various platforms (digital, print, etc.). • Guide or develop marketing products, including but not limited to brochures, newsletters, social media content, and website updates. • Conduct focus groups and stakeholder meetings to gather feedback and insights. • Participate in meetings with THC leadership and stakeholders as needed.
