Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Provide a skilled and experienced team of designated individuals committed to delivering a range of marketing services to support Visit Frisco’s marketing department and overall business goals. • Provide a designated account manager to be the primary point of contact. This person will be expected to process project requests in the Visit Frisco Basecamp account, manage workflow and deadlines, and attend regular status meetings. • Work with the Director of Marketing & Communications to create a strategic annual sales and marketing plan based on Visit Frisco’s business goals. • Provide strategy and support across online and offline media including paid, earned, and owned channels. • Act as a primary contact for paid media and make media recommendations that are in line with the sales and marketing plan. • Work with the Director of Marketing & Communications to communicate deadlines, place all media purchases, and ensure design elements are received by media outlets in a timely manner. • Create and present media campaign plans; run, optimize, and execute on all related media buys; analyze, measure, and provide regular reporting throughout campaign flights; and provide campaign wrap-up reports within one month of campaign completion. • Provide ongoing target audience research insights and analysis to support Visit Frisco’s marketing media programs and activities. • Provide creative concept development, creative design, and production services for projects requiring a variety of formats including video, digital, broadcast, social media, audio, and print. • Provide video and photography strategy and execution
