Waller ISD seeks proposals from qualified vendors to deliver one or more of the following services, to be awarded individually or in combination based on district needs and best value. Project A – Emergency Evacuation Maps For each campus and building in WISD design and print emergency evacuation maps. Include true north arrow, room numbers, exterior door numbers, “You are here” indicator, primary and secondary evacuation routes Format suitable for wall display, digital, and Waller ISD editable access Owner approval required prior to completion of design Project B – Emergency Response Maps For each campus in Waller ISD, design and print emergency response maps. Include Law Enforcement Staging Area, Unified Command Post, Rally Points, Landing Zone, EMS Triage Area, Fire & EMS Staging, Media Staging, Primary jurisdictional boundaries, and additional campus-specific assets Format suitable for print and digital, and Waller ISD editable access Owner approval required prior to completion of design Project C – GIS Platform Integration Support layering/loading of campus/building floor plans and assets into the WISD-owned GIS platform, including: High-resolution floor plan integration per building, placement of all relevant safety assets, access to applicable layers for environmental and public works Initial implementation and optional ongoing maintenance plan
