Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to secure services for the development and implementation of a map-based Incident Response Coordination System for Dallas ISD. As part of the mapping process the vendor will identify and map all existing camera locations at all Dallas ISD facilities. The vendor will provide Dallas ISD with camera mapping of each facility. The camera mapping will be compatible with and provided for upload into the Dallas ISD Avigilon Video Management System. Attached will be a current listing of Dallas ISD facilities. Dallas ISD reserves the right to add additional sites to the list of facilities. All facilities listed are to be included unless otherwise directed in writing by Dallas ISD. Dallas ISD is a dynamic organization. Newly constructed sites, additions to existing sites, major renovations, minor renovations, acquired sites, closed sites, and re-purposed sites are all common activities. The vendor will conduct annual site visits to update and maintain the accuracy of the mapping graphics. The vendor will produce and distribute updates to both Dallas ISD and supporting law enforcement and emergency services. A copy of the campus and facilities listings are attached in the attachments.
