Contractor shall submit shop drawings with bid submittal.; QTY 1 Install commercial cantilever gate system (steel or aluminum) at existing gate opening; match existing gate height and privacy material; shop drawings provided with bid submittal. New gate will open from left to right, as access control pedestal will be installed on the left side of the gate.; QTY 1 Commercial Grade slide gate operator with remote transmitter (FOB) with remote timing system to choose between automatic or manual opening and closing.; QTY 1 Run 110V AC Power to each unit, at the right side of the gate; QTY 10 Remote Transmitters (That work on both gates).; QTY 1 Installation of a hand hole/pull box adjacent to building with Ethernet network connection, closest to network connectivity inside the building; QTY 1 Installation of 2” Schedule 40 conduit from new pull box adjacent to the building, into the building (through wall).; QTY 1 Installation of a handhole/pull box at the right side of new gate, near control box of new gate; QTY 1 Installation of a 2” underground conduit from a new hand hole/pull box adjacent to closest building with existing Ethernet network connection to the new hand hole/pull box on the right side of the new gate; QTY 1 Installation of 1 inch Schedule 40 conduit from new handhole at right side of gate (inside property) to approximately 10 feet in front of the gate (on left side), for connecting to a pedestal that will have an access control reader. Conduit to be stubbed out above ground to facilitate running low voltage/communication wire to the access control reader on the pedestal; QTY 1 Install commercial grade access control pedestal on 2ft x 2 ft concrete pad (4 inches deep), with pedestal pole directly above 1 inch conduit previously stubbed out above ground; QTY 1 Install Altelix NF141208VFHA1 Fiberglass Vented & Heated Weatherproof NEMA Enclosure w/ Cooling Fan 200W Heater 120 VAC Outlets - 14"x12"x8" and connect 120V power to enclosure. Enclosure to be mounted approximately 3 ft above ground using galvanized steel poles.
