The City grants the Contractor the exclusive right to conduct tennis-related activities at Caswell Tennis Center. Subject to the general supervision and control of the City and subject to the provisions of the Terms and Conditions contained herein, the Contractor is engaged to provide the services set forth in this Scope of Work. 5.2 The Contractor shall manage operations at Caswell Tennis Center. The Contractor shall provide all technical and professional expertise, knowledge, management, and other resources required for managing the Center as set forth in the Scope of Work. In the event that the need arises for the Contractor to perform services beyond those stated in the Scope of Work, the Contractor and the City shall negotiate mutually agreeable terms and compensation for completing the additional services.
