Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Tarrant County Hospital District d/b/a JPS Health Network (the “District”) is seeking proposals for the provision of Managed Security Services. JPS Health Network (Hospital JPS) seeks to significantly improve its capability to continuously monitor electronic data resources, detect cyber threats, and respond to cyber incidents that may have a negative impact on JPS, staff, providers, and patients. Current monitoring and alert capabilities are facilitated by a SIEM system, maintained and administered by JPS Information Technology Services (ITS). JPS would like to replace the SIEM function through MSS, MDR, or other equivalent services. JPS recognizes that the market for MSS and MDR is rapidly evolving and methods by which to deliver to this type of functionality is varied across all providers. The primary goal of this RFP is to identify and procure the MSS/MDR provider with the greatest value, that best fits JPS’s needs and budget. JPS is solely interested in the acquisition of services. The proposal must include any required hardware and any software required by the solution. Hardware devices required by the proposed solution may be deployed at JPS locations, however, must be completely supported, managed, and administered by the vendor/service provider.
