Services to assist DIR Customers in meeting internal needs, as well as state and Federal legal and regulatory requirements for providing extended analysis of information security events as well as preparation for response to information security and privacy incidents. Services to assist DIR Customers in assessing, managing, and mitigating risks and meeting compliance requirements of state, federal, or industry regulations. Integrating MSS Services into DIR’s Shared Technology Services program, under the Multi-sourcing Services Integrator operating model and STS governance structure. Participating in DIR’s outreach and growth program, marketing MSS Services to DIR customers. Providing technology evolution and roadmap planning for the MSS solution throughout the contract term to address continually evolving cybersecurity threats that cannot not be predicted.
