1. Maintenance is requested for the following two items: • VNBS -Catalog #2502245-1, Serial #10445 – in service since 2023. • VNBS- Catalog #2502245-1, Serial #10287 – in service since 2017. 2. Preventive maintenance (PM) service includes a minimum of two (2) PM visits a year. 3. The preventive maintenance inspections will include: • Complete system check. • Test to ensure the equipment is functioning according to factory acceptable standards. • Replacement of worn parts due to normal use. 4. On-Site emergency corrective maintenance will be performed on the equipment indicated at no additional cost. 5. Emergency service advice will be given over the phone in those instances when distance prohibits the presence of a service engineer.
