Specifications include, but are not limited to: Recipient will perform any or all the following activities: a. Training and Technical Assistance Programs: The Recipient will develop and conduct workshops and seminars in English and Spanish (at a minimum) and provide targeted training and technical assistance to support the creation of new M/WBEs or to help established M/WBEs reach specific goals to develop or expand their capacity and operations to obtain contracting opportunities with the County. The recipient will develop and implement eligibility criteria for M/WBEs to receive training, technical assistance, and tailored consultation. The recipient must collect relevant data and provide progress reports evidencing implementation and impact.
