Specifications include, but are not limited to: Tarrant County is seeking a contractor for a Unicode migration. The contractor will provide the migration of Tarrant Countys SAP R/3 and BW systems to the current Unicode standard. 1. Provide all necessary resources/consultants for project management, implementation, data migration, and optimization for each proposed solution group. 2. Background checks submitted to the County Chief Security Officer to any onsite work or connections to the County Active Directory. 3. Project planning and preparation. 4. Identification of all potential problem areas. 5. Formulation of solutions for known issues (interfaces, IT administration). 6. Consultation regarding hardware sizing for the new environment. 7. Configuration of target systems for best performance and best practices. 8. Two or more test migrations for process and data integrity verification. 9. Optimization of the migration tool parameters for efficient runtimes and less downtime.
