Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1.1 Provide construction services including engineering (full design including walk-out), irrigation (for trenching), machine trenching up to 18’-24’, directional boring under existing roadways, cable infrastructure placing, retrofitting for underground fiber optics service, fiber splicing and installation of pre-drop pedestal placement; 1.1.2 Provide installation of wireline broadband over a Hybrid Fiber Coaxial (HFC) infrastructure or fiber-to-the-node, fully digital cable TV and voice services; minimum of 25 Megabits per second (Mbps) download speed and 3 Mbps upload speed, with capability to upgrade to up to a gigabit or 1000 Mbps download x 1000 Mbps upload; 1.1.3 Provide design of infrastructure and installment; 1.1.4 Secure private and public easements and necessary permits to conduct construction
