5.1. Contractor will provide occupational medical exam services to TPWD Law Enforcement Division new hire and re-hire candidates and current employees as needed. Services will be scheduled by TPWD Project Manager or designee on an as needed basis throughout the year. Refer to Section I, Subsection 6 for Texas Parks and Wildlife Law Enforcement Cadet Physical Requirements Information for Physicians. 5.2. Anticipated Service Dates 5.2.1. Contractor will provide services for an estimated 75 new hire candidates for approximately one week during June 2026 – July 26. Services will be scheduled in advance and approved by TPWD. 5.2.2. Special operation teams may be examined in the spring of each year. 5.2.3. Other services will be provided throughout the year on an as needed basis. 5.3. Contractor will examine candidates and perform the following testing services as required by each Functional Job Description (FJD): 5.3.1. Physical exam and medical history review of candidate 5.3.2. Audiogram 5.3.3. 9 Panel Drug Screen 5.3.4. Vision (Titmus) Test 5.3.5. Color Deviancy Test (Ishihara Color Test) 5.3.6. EKG – technical component only 5.3.7. Blood tests: 5.3.7.1.CBC 5.3.7.2.Chem 28 (Complete Metabolic Panel Plus) 5.3.8. Contractor will provide additional testing services as needed, including but not limited to: 5.3.8.1.Add-on color perception – Farnsworth 5.3.8.2.Chest X-ray 5.3.8.3.Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) 5.3.8.4.Urinalysis 5.3.8.5.Heavy Metals 5.3.8.6.Hep B antibody Test 5.3.8.7.Stress Test 5.3.8.8.Complete Blood Count (CBC) with Differentia 5.3.8.9.EKG
