The services and activities sought by WFS Cameron include the management and operation of the Direct Child Care Services program. WFS Cameron’s intent is to contract with an entity to provide efficient and effective management and operation of the CCS program in a manner that will provide quality customer service to eligible families and those determined eligible by state agencies for referral to early learning programs throughout the WFS Cameron’s WDA while also meeting or exceeding performance targets. The selected subrecipient will perform a wide array of functions and assume a variety of responsibilities related to the area of child care client and operational services, provider management, and financial management. A. Responsibilities of the Subrecipient a. Management of funds to maximize service units and meet all monthly performance targets. i. Based upon the direct child care allocations and local match funds, plan and maintain a current Child Care Forecasting Profile. ii. Manage enrollment based upon multiple factors. iii. Meet monthly performance enrollmenttarget(s). iv. Meet expenditure benchmarks to avoid under or over-expenditure in various funding streams.
