The Port Authority seeks a service provider that can provide three (3) maintenance vessels to the Port of Houston and otherwise performing the Services in strict conformity to Contract Documents. These marine assets will be used across all Port Houston terminals to support waterside operations, including fender, cleat, plumbing, fire protection, and wharf repair activities. Reliability, performance, and compliance with applicable marine safety and operational standards are essential. These vessels should be used as work boats and constructed to ensure they do not qualify for USCG Title 46 CFR Subchapter M regulations for a towing vessel. All hulls must be of USA construction and materials in a plant that can provide inspections from Port Houston personnel.
