Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scheduled Services shall be limited to the existing security camera equipment at each project location. Services include trouble shooting, repair, configurations and system modifications, and completing miscellaneous requests by the AUTHORITY. A report will be generated documenting any problems and resolutions found and resolved during any visit. Any configuration changes, security camera changes, and/or system changes will be fully documented with before/after configuration files. System/Device passwords will be provided to AUTHORITY Security Manager for safekeeping. Service shall be scheduled a minimum of three (3) days in advance. Service shall include repairs, miscellaneous projects, training, and similar services.
