PURPOSE In order to be in compliance with federal, state and local purchasing laws, the Birdville Independent School District (BISD) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for Local Retail & Grocery. In order for your company to be included on Birdville ISD's approved vendor list, you must respond to this RFCSP. The District seeks to award multiple vendors utilizing the catalog discount. Based on the 2024- 2025 spending, the estimated total expenditure annually will be $240,883.59. SCOPE OF WORK This contract is for various campuses and departments to purchase on an as-needed basis by the campuses and departments of BISD located throughout Haltom City, Richland Hills, Hurst, North Richland Hills, and Watauga. We seek to work with businesses in these cities and surrounding areas within the DFW metroplex. This proposal is broad and covers a wide variety of goods and services, including but not limited to: Retail Shops Groceries Fundraisers Restaurants Food Trucks Bounce Houses Event Rentals (Tables, Chairs, Decorations etc) Photography Services Dry Cleaning/Alteration Services Promotional Items and Services Entertainment Travel Embroidery Printing Any other goods or services that the district utilizes
