Specifications include, but are not limited to: The LOS shall work for both the land mortgage and VHIP loan process by providing the functionalities of borrower portal access, loan officer portal access, prequalification, origination, processing, underwriting, loan closing, document generation, secondary marketing, post-closing, investor delivery, electronic document management, eDelivery/eSignature management, title company portal, API Connectivity, and a test environment for the LOS. The agency shall receive applications from borrowers via a secured online portal specific to each borrower. The VLB Land and Housing team shall be able to communicate with the borrower via the portal. The data from the borrower’s application shall flow through to the LOS, generating a loan number specific to each borrower.
