Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Perform Litter Removal on various roadways within the city limits of Midlothian 2. Provide traffic control in compliance with the latest edition of the “Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices" (TMUTCD) and the “Traffic Control Standards Sheets" (TCSS). Furnish, erect, and maintain all signs. 3. Wear safety vests, hard hats, and safety shoes at all times while outside vehicles within the work area. All personal protective equipment will conform to OSHA requirements. 4. Workshop's name will be displayed on outside of vehicle. 5. Working days will be Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Work may be performed between 7 A.M. and 6 P.M. during daylight hours, unless otherwise directed. Working on Saturday is optional with City's approval. Provide sufficient advance notice to the City when scheduling work on Saturdays. Work on Sundays and national holidays will not be permitted. Scheduled work that falls on a legal holiday will be performed on the following work day. National Holidays are defined as the following: New Year's Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day
