Contractor to furnish necessary materials, labor, tools and equipment for the rehabilitation of Lift Station No. 3 including but not limited to cleaning, abrasive blasting, and recoating the wet well interior walls; removal, disposal, and replacement of wet well piping; and removal, disposal, and replacement of the existing concrete fence with wooden fence. Rehabilitation of the existing lift station to include power washing and cleaning of valve vault; grouting the bottom of valve vault towards the drain; abrasive blasting and recoating of valve vault piping and valves; installation of safety net at the top of the wet well and rain shield overhang on existing control panel. All work shall be Complete-in-Place, in Accordance with the Plans and Specifications.
