A. Lift Station 1: Work of the Contract generally comprises of the following scope: 1. Replacement of existing chain-link fence and gate. 2. Demolition of all above-ground piping, valves and supports. 3. Demolition of pump concrete slab. 4. Demolition of wet well cover plate and hatch, piping, and equipment inside the wet well. 5. Demolition of control masonry building and foundation. 6. Demolition of stand-by power generator and wooden platform. 7. Rehabilitate concrete wet well per specification section 02320. 8. Install two submersible pumps including all appurtenances and discharge piping in the wet well. 9. Install flood-tight pump access hatch bolted on cover plate. 10. Construct concrete slab for above-grade pumping and valves. 11. Install all above-ground piping, valves and pump supports and tie-in to existing force main. 12. Demolish electrical panels, controls, and all appurtenances. 13. Construct stand-by generator and controls panels platform and stairs including foundation. 14. Construct all instrumentation and electrical improvements as shown on the drawings, for a complete working system including, but not limited to instrumentation and control assemblies, service equipment, standby power generator, conduits, conductors, SCADA capabilities, all related appurtenances, including studies, testing and coordination. B. Lift Station 17: Work of the Contract generally comprises of the following scope: 1. Replacement of existing chain-link fence and gate. 2. Demolition of wet well access hatch. 3. Demolition of electrical panels, controls, and all appurtenances. 4. Demolition of stand-by power generator and platform. 5. Install flood-tight pump access hatches. 6. Construct stand-by generator and panels platform and stairs including foundation. 7. Construct all instrumentation and electrical improvements as shown on the drawings, for a complete working system including, but not limited to instrumentation and control assemblies, service equipment, standby power generator, conduits, conductors, SCADA capabilities, all related appurtenances, including studies, testing and coordination.
