1. Demolition of existing wooden fence and gate. 2. Demolition of wet well access hatch. 3. Demolition of electrical panels, controls, and all appurtenances. 4. Demolition of stand-by power generator and concrete pad. 5. Demolition of existing asphalt driveway. 6. Removal of airport beacon pole and demolition of pole foundation. 7. Relocation of hose bib and installation of backflow preventer. 8. Construction of 8-foot-tall wooden fence and gate. 9. Construction of two 12-foot-wide concrete driveways and culverts. 10. Installation of flood-tight pump access hatches. 11. Construction of metal platform and stairs for stand-by generator and electrical and control panels including foundation. 12. Construction of all instrumentation and electrical improvements as shown on the drawings, for a complete working system including, but not limited to instrumentation and control assemblies, service equipment, standby power generator, conduits, conductors, SCADA capabilities, all related appurtenances, including studies, testing and coordination.
