Specifications include, but are not limited to: Harris County is seeking to secure the professional services of a qualified and experienced firm to provide a turnkey LPR and sound detection system that shall enhance public safety for Harris County residents. Vendor shall provide a turnkey solution to include installation, deployment and maintenance of systems. Vendor shall provide technical support/assistance via phone, web and email. Onsite maintenance/repair shall be required for camera or hardware related issues. Vendor shall provide training during the implementation/go-live phase as well as provide access to training materials thereafter. The vendor shall detail the training options available for administrators and employees, including how training will be provided (i.e. on-site, web-based, etc.) and the number of people the training sessions can accommodate. At a minimum, the vendor shall provide twelve (12) months of maintenance/support/warranty to include upgrades, patches, fixes. Include information on these items in your response and include pricing for the annual renewal, maintenance or license fees for subsequent and continued use of the system in the pricing section. All data captured from the device shall be non-proprietary and the sole ownership of Harris County. A detailed proposed timeline for each step of the implementation process. Your timeline should include party responsible, task and the proposed date of completion. A secure platform in line with up to date cybersecurity standards and regulations including secure encryption technology.
