Specifications include, but are not limited to: • This project involves the independent daily operation of the WTAMU Cornette Library café facility each weekday and on weekends, with the exeception of university holidays. The café shall operate only on days when the library is open to the public, and within agreed upon hours. • Vendor shall supply all cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment/materials to adequately clean and maintain the café area. • Vendor shall provide all equipment necessary to perform the contracted food service operation to current industry standards. Respondent may utilize equipment already provided as listed below but equipment and furniture shall remain the property of WTAMU. This equipment will be clearly marked as such. • Vendor shall clearly mark all of their own equipment and property with their name. • WTAMU Cornette Library shall provide access to all utilities for operation of the food service facility. • Any and all permits/licenses/inspections as required by governmental authorities having jurisdiction, whether state, local, county, and/or federal, are the complete responsibility of the Vendor and shall be obtained prior to commencement of work. Any and all expense/cost related to obtaining required permits/licenses/inspections is the sole responsibility of the Vendor. • Respondent must consider the color palette, furnishings, lighting, and existing signage of the library, specifically in the Atrium and Gallery areas. Vendor may paint, affix and erect signs on the premises only as mutually agreed upon. Any changes in décor must in writing and be mutually agreed upon between the Vendor and WTAMU/Cornette Library. • Vendor will be provided café space, utilities and limited access to the WTAMU Cornette Library. • For historical purposes the name of the café may remain Pippa’s Coffee Shop. Variants such as “Pippa’s Coffee Shop we proudly serve XXX coffee” will be acceptable. The name will be mutually agreed upon during contract negotiation. • Hours of operation will be mutually agreed upon with the Cornette Library and clearly advertised within the library
