Specifications include, but are not limited to: To be qualified to publish, print, and distribute the City of Carrollton (“City”) leisure services magazine, Leisure Connections, publishers/printers must be able to meet the following minimum specifications: 1. Leisure Connections is an 8.375” x 10.875” magazine format publication printed three (3) times per year. 2. The magazine’s one-sheet front and back cover (creates four pages of the magazine when used as self-cover over inside pages) is printed offset on 80# gloss text. The inside pages are printed via web on 35# Hibrite 80 newsprint. All pages are 4-color. 3. The magazine is typically 48-60 pages: 48 pages for the winter/spring issue (44 inside pages with a cover that accounts for 4 pages); 56 pages for the summer issue (52 inside pages with a cover that accounts for 4 pages), and 52 pages for the fall issue (48 inside pages with a cover that accounts for 4 pages), and the City has the option of adding 4 additional inside pages to any issue with issues never going over 60 pages, including cover.
