• Vendor shall provide monthly Reverse Osmosis System equipment and lease services to the facility to include parts and service needed for other BSSH campus RIO units, water bottles, water, RIO and water softening parts, supplies. • Reverse Osmosis Systems and components must be certified to NSF/ANSI58 for drinking water treatment standards. • Vendor shall provide repairs as needed. • Vendor shall ensure RIO systems and materials functions in accordance with manufacturer specifications and are capable of producing no less than 4000 gallons per day. • Vendor shall furnish pre-carbons, carbon-exchanges, filters, membrane materials, and maintenance labor. • Vendor shall conduct timely, monthly adequate preventative maintenance service to ensure RIO system functions in accordance with manufacturer specifications. • Vendor shall arrive on-site to all service request within the next business day. • Vendor shall submit monthly invoice for services rendered. • Vendor shall provide certified technicians for all service calls. • Vendor shall ensure continuous service with no lapse or disruption to service for the duration of the term of the subsequently awarded contract.
