Leadership Skills Assessment to include all fees for assessments, monitoring progress, tracking completion, scoring, final assessment reports and online portal access: 1. Statement of Work Requirements: Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is soliciting bids from a vendor with a DIR Contract to establish a blanket contract for leadership skills assessments, to include an online portal for each participant and facilitator. The contract must include the subscription services, implementation and training services in accordance the Statement of Work. 2. General Requirements. a) Leadership Skills Assessment: Assessments shall provide individual employees with leadership skills feedback from themselves, direct reports, peers, supervisor and other raters that the individual chooses. Assessments shall include multiple job-related competencies and determine whether the individual portrays a strength, performs satisfactorily or needs improvement in a particular competency area. i. Examples: Skillscope 360°, qualtrics˟ͫ, Benchmarks® or TPWD approved equivalent. ii. Assessments iii. shall be appropriate for use by supervisors and managers as a leadership skills assessment tool and by individual employees as a growth and development tool. iv. Assessments shall include areas to allow raters to provide comments. v. Competency Areas: Leadership skills assessments shall include all the following: vi. Problem Solving vii. Communication viii. Decision Making ix. Innovation x. Risk evaluation and action xi. Conflict Management xii. Relationship Development xiii. Influence on others xiv. Openness to new ideas and change xv. Interpersonal skills xvi. Job based knowledge b. Assessment Report: Assessment report shall provide scoring and detailed feedback results for all competency areas, to include any written comments. c. Online Portal: Contractor shall provide an online portal for individual participants and facilitators. i. Facilitators shall have access to complete the following tasks: 1. Monitor rating progress and completion 2. Monitor participant progress and completion 3. Request scoring 4. Download assessment report
