Specifications include, but are not limited to: SCOPE OF WORK; 7.1. Standards: All work performed shall be performed and completed in accordance with best modern practices and the standards of TSD. Any work performed not meeting the standards of TSD shall be corrected upon notification. Failure to correct work not meeting TSD standards shall give cause to the termination of any resulting contract from this RFP. 7.2. Collaborate with SOC team to identify additional resources as necessary to fulfill the needs of the project. 7.3. Provide Family Support Advocate training prior to new contractors conducting any project related activities. 7.4. Ensure project related training activities for Family Support Advocates on adherence to TEHDI SOC collaborative procedures. 7.5. Facilitate conference calls to review the project, discuss progress, setbacks, concerns, successes and recommendations for next steps as needed. 7.6. Support the development and revision of procedures related to the project. Strategies will include direct education and outreach from the parent perspective. 7.7. Attend strategy planning, orientation and training meetings. 7.8. Conduct education and outreach to providers through TEHDI sponsored events to share information about the project.
