1. Mow all lawn areas every two weeks, a total of 26 cuts. 2. Trim all growth along walls and fences, between expansion joints in sidewalks and curbs, around light poles, culverts, utility boxes, and trees. 3. Rake up, pick up and remove all trimmings and clippings on sidewalks, driveways, streets and other paved areas. 4. Haul away and properly dispose of any trimmings, clippings, cuttings, debris and litter. 5. Weed out; till and rake all shrubbery, flower and tree beds. 6. Trim and prune trees/shrubbery as needed. 7. A service cycle is defined as the following: Satisfactorily completing the above items 1 through 6 within a five consecutive working day period. 8. Any damage cause to the property, equipment, buildings by the contractor, their equipment and/or their employees will be repaired or replaced by the Contractor at no cost to the City. 9. The vendor shall furnish all materials, equipment, supervision, traffic conveyances, and construction safety devices & equipment in accordance with all OSHA safety standards and rules.
