Specifications include, but are not limited to: Texas Certified Law Enforcement Officers from jurisdictions with full enforcement authority at the Fair Park location in Dallas, Texas.; General security and crowd control for the TDA GO TEXAN Pavilion, TDA staff, and GO TEXAN general store and merchandise.; A primary contact responsible for scheduling, locating relief officers, and other personnel management, with ability to be reached by phone during the hours the pavilion is open (10 AM to 8 PM Sunday through Thursday, and 10 AM to 9 PM Friday and Saturday).; Officers will be required to arrest persons who shoplift or commit any other crimes that may occur at the Pavilion. TDA anticipates that law enforcement, including citing and arresting, may occur consistent with the Texas State laws, commissioning agency procedures, and officer discretion. TDA expects that officers will make provision for holding, transportation, booking, and other incidents to arrest or citation, which is not covered under this contract.; Officers will be required to wear their official law enforcement uniform, including their firearms, during their shifts.; Equipment must include personal protection equipment to protect all parties involved with the security services regarding the COVID-19 Virus and in accordance with CDC requirements.
