Specifications include, but are not limited to: GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: o Provide the rental and maintenance services of all laundry machines for on-site residential facilities. o Delivery and installation of the laundry machine rentals. o Provide preventative maintenance program for laundry machine rentals. o Provide standards and timelines for the maintenance and repairs of laundry machine rentals. OPTIONAL REQUIREMENTS: o Provide an online monitoring service for laundry machine rentals. o Provide and maintain technology infrastructure associated with laundry machine rentals. o Provide an online solution for reporting repairs needed for laundry machine rentals. Please submit these requirements as an optional cost to the lease and maintenance of the laundry equipment. SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED: Provide Laundry Vending Services for the University of Houston-Clear Lake residential facilities (Hunter Hall), starting August 1, 2024. Service is to include equipment, ongoing maintenance of the equipment, marketing, management, full disclosure of all account information and customer service.
