7.1 Scope of Services to be Performed The required services to be provided are, mowing and tree service for Rio Grande State Center. This service is needed to help in keeping the facility’s lawn immaculately manicured while providing safe areas of viewing by keeping the lawn cut, trashed picked up, and weed-eating, tree trimming, tree cutting and tree removal services for Rio Grande State Center. Services to be performed include: Landscaping: Trash pick-up, mow, edge, weed eat, blow sidewalks, pickup clippings, Clean up. Tree Trimming/Pruning: As Needed or Upon Customer Request. Tree Removal: As Needed or Upon Customer Request. Before mowing: A. Contractor will pick up trash. B. Check mowers for any leaks or maintenance issues that will causes damage to the facility’s grass and/or trees. While mowing: A. Contractor will always maintain a safe distance from individuals and use shields on mowers decks to prAfter mowing A. Contractor will blowoff all sidewalks and pathways to ensure safe and easy passage for those individuals in wheelchairs. B. Contractor will maintain all air condition and generator cages to state inspector standards. Schedule (Summer & Winter Months)
