Specifications include, but are not limited to: LP&L is seeking Offerors to submit solutions for waste on-site storage containment and labeling, manifesting, transportation and disposal service of regulated Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (hereinafter called "RCRA") including Universal Waste, Used Oil and Toxics Substance Control Act (hereinafter called "TSCA") waste from its three (3) industrial and one (1) municipal facilities in Lubbock Texas (see Appendix B). The waste is generated/originates in Texas and some waste streams have federal Environmental Protection Agency governance, State of Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and Texas Department of State Health Services governance.; On-site storage containment (DOT if required) and labeling, manifesting, transportation and disposal service of each waste stream identified in Appendix A and each Facility Location identified in Appendix B.; Itemized billing per Facility Waste Stream ID as identified in Appendix A and copies of manifest, bills of lading, certificates of disposal, etc.; Pricing and profiling for wastes not listed but requested on an as-needed basis.; Five (5) Business days notification prior to arrival/pick-up date for transportation off-site of waste streams and provide in-house annual required related employee training upon request.; Provide a 10% Invoice Discount if Facility Waste Stream IDs, as identified in Appendix A or Facility Location Registration Numbers, identified in Appendix B are not properly identified/listed on invoicing for each waste stream removed from a facility.; Total waste disposal log provided at the end of each year.
