7.1 Scope of Services to be Performed The required services to be provided are as-needed locksmith services for HHS Region 03. Services shall include but not be limited to the following: a) Key cutting - Contractor shall cut keys on-site or at the Contractor’s place of business, depending on the Agency’s request. The Contractor shall deliver or mail keys to the Agency, as requested. Types of keys may include interior/exterior door keys, file cabinet keys, desk/furniture keys, and modular keys. b) Removals, installations, and rekeying – Contractor shall provide rekeying services and removal and installation services of locks, cores, closers and key cylinders. If requested, Contractor shall return to the HHS Agency locks and cores that have been removed. c) Removal and Installation of interior and exterior keypads. d) Door repairs – Contractor shall provide parts replacement, adjustments, andcomplete replacement of frame and door.
